New Jersey WORLD'S most corrupt & racist state with largest per capita deficit, most elected representatives, employees & attorneys per sq mile in the world.

Majority of us think India is very corrupt democracy but that's not the case. You may be right that there is too much corruption in India still all the states in India are less corrupt than the state of New Jersey (NJ) in America. Most disgusting is NJ is legally corrupt and legally racially segregated under Unionized Rulers posing as Politicians, Bureaucrats, Judges, Law Enforcement, Religious, Media and Business Leaders. They call NJ style governance Home Rule which in my opinion is nothing but a Gang Rule for An Employment Scheme for the Unionized Gang Members, their friends and Relatives. In Indian context it can be called Netaji Rojgar Yojna or Employment Scheme for Politicians. 

8,721 sq miles New Jersey for 8.5 mil residents is the worst example of racial segregation, moral and ethical corruption with over 9,000 Elected officials & 466,000 state/local employees. 32% of the population lives in 29 colored Towns and rest 68% lives in 537 white Towns. Yet no one mention the word "Race" in this state.

NJ is a very small state, yet it is overpopulated not with people, but with government in fact with governments. It has 25 times more Municipalities, School Boards and personals. Then it has 20 times more Elected officials. Here Politicians, can have 2-3 salaries, can be in the legislative and executive branch as well as can hold no show state/county/Municipal jobs to build a hefty pension to legally loot the tax payers. In this category First prize goes to Democrat Nicholas Sacco who is Senator since 1994, Mayor of N. Bergen since 1991 and also on the N. Bergen Township Commission since 1985. By profession he is the Assistant Superintendent of N. Bergen Schools, N. Bergen Board of Education. In 38 states of America it is banned and in Indiana holding 2 offices is a Class D felony, on par with drug possession and punishable by up to 3 years in prison.

American Media which always project India as one of the most corrupt democracy in the world should know that in India a Jon Corzine cannot install a Bob Menandez to his elected office of US Senator by changing the voters intent. No one can hold 2 Elected Office or Elected Office and a state/city/federal job. Even when one is filling the nomination papers he or she has to resign their state/city/federal job.

This state has the highest per capita income in US, Biggest Port, highest population density 15 times the national average on per sq. miles, 100% urbanized state with all Urban counties/towns. It has the highest property tax $7,500.00 average; in last 10 years average tax increase is by over 120% only. Then it has the highest cost to educate a student $18,000 in rich districts & $29,000 in poor districts against the national average of less than $7,000 and still has 250,000 students who can not read and write. 25% of them are in 4 poor colored towns Newark, Jersey City, Camden, and Patterson. Surprisingly it has 681 School Superintendent Offices with 25-30 Secretaries for 2419 Schools and a High School ( Jersey City ) can have 6 Vice Principles. For 3,035 Schools Indian state capital Delhi has only 1 Education Director (School Superintendent). 

In 8,721 sq. miles there are 588 Royal Governments with $72 Billion budget and $165 Billion in deficit. $34 Billions for the State and $38 Billions for the 587 local Governments in unevenly populated racially segregated 566 Kingdoms/Towns. 411 Towns have a population of less than 10,000 or are in less than 2 sq. mile. 212 Towns have less population than the day time population 5,845 of colored Elizabeth High School . 34 Towns are with less than 4,000 residents, 49 Towns with less than 3,000 residents, 48 Towns with less than 2,000 residents and 27 Towns are with less than 1,000 residents. The smallest town is Walpack with 35 and Teterborough with 50.

Newark the biggest Municipality with 285,000 residents here every public dollar spent, 81 cents comes from outside the city. Over $1 billion school budget only 86 million comes from local sources balance is state aid. Around $1 billion Municipal budget, 40% revenue from outside city and rest from state & federal aid. Newark with 35.2% population of Essex County contributes only 17.6 % in taxes. Livingston, Millburn with 6% population contributes 18.9%. Newark receives more then $2.5 billion in Federal Aid and State aid. It is also the CAR THEFT CAPITAL of the World and has the largest unreported tax free income from crime in the world to its underworld.

Neighbor State Pennsylvania has a population 43% higher than New Jersey and its geographic area are 4 times greater than NJ. So why is NJ budget 25% more? New York City for 8.2 Million Residents has 1 Mayor, 51 Council Members, 1 Police Commissioner and 1 School Board Superintendent with 34 school districts. Why for 8.5 Million Residents of NJ has 566 Mayors, over 3,000 Council Members, 137 Free Holders, 80 Assembly Members, 40 State Senators, 580 Police Chiefs, 537 Municipal Courts, 681 School Superintendent offices, 5,000 Board members and 1 State Attorney General & 587 Assistant Attorney Generals besides a big battalion of other State, County & Municipal employees with little or no work appointed for political reasons?

Indian Capital Delhi for 14.6 Million residents has only 374 Elected Officials & 175,000 employees as compared to over 9,000 & 466,000 in New Jersey for 8.5 Million residents. Even Pre Independence India in 12.6 Million Sq Miles used to have 600 Princely Kingdoms for 450 million residents and New Jersey in 8,721 Sq miles has 566 Princely Kingdoms for 8.5 Million subjects/residents with 588 Governments!

NJ is legally corrupt & legally racially segregated despite having 80,000 Licensed Attorneys/Gangsters in the state; again which is highest in the world like 10 attorneys per sq miles. So many crooks from the gang of Unionized Gang posing as Politicians, Judges, Bureaucrats, Religious, Media & Business Leaders with conflicting agendas are in perfect unison to loot New Jersey . The NJ Political Philharmonic Orchestra of Unionized Gang must be the world’s most amazing cacophony of rogues, rascals and robbers.

The time has come to send all the members of NJ’s Unionized Gang for observation. Only psychiatrists can explain their behavior.Their acts have no rational explanation. They suffers from a loss of touch with reality. Temporary or permanent insanity. Paranoia. Schizophrenia. Memory loss. Loss of judgment.

I challenge Mainstream US Media, Politicians, Hollywood & Wall Street for open discussion and will use their data to prove it American Political, Business, Religious, Media Leaders and Judiciary are more corrupt & racist. NJ WITH HIGHEST COST TO EDUCATE A STUDENT IN USA PRODUCING ILL-EDUCATED  LIKE GOV CHRISTIE

We must do some serious thinking why we have Functional illiterates in our Universities?

What we are doing wrong at kindergarten, Elementary & High School Level that our students are getting behind even the students of 3rd world countries who are not even spending 10% of what we are spending on Education. Why there are more administrator, secretaries, attorneys, politicians & teachers than the Students in our Schools & Universities?

State of Delhi & capital of India for 3,035 state run schools with over 2.5 million students have only 1 Education Director. Some of the best doctors, scientist, engineers, architects, artists, computer professionals, educationists and businessmen in NJ are from Delhi State School System. NY City for 1.8 million students has 1 School Superintendent and the entire state of Texas has 7.

NJ has 681 School Board Superintendents besides 21 County Superintendents in 681 School Districts with 2,419 Schools in 566 Towns for 1.4 Million Students out of which 250,000 can not read & write and our unionized Politicians & Media says Oh they can not comprehend in basic education! Despite the fact that NJ has the highest cost $18,000.00 average & 29,000.00 in poor district to educate a student in the world.

When each school has a Principal, VP, Custodian and Superintendent. Why we need 672 Superintendents with over staffed offices and over 5,000 corrupt School Board Members elected with little over 10% voter turn out? Board of Education Members are puppets strung by the Superintendent, and have no idea of how students are treated, how teachers are evaluated but know how well to say Yeh or Nay or just keep.

Each School Board Superintendent Office is costing over a million dollars to maintain in direct cost besides the millions in retirement cost and millions they steal from students each year.

NJ’s future is in its class rooms, but that future has been mortgaged off to maintain the lavish life style of Political Appointees in the name of Superintendents, Board members, Attorneys & Secretaries, who are not needed in the first place and have nothing to do with student education. Every where in the civilized world a School is known by its Principal, science, math, physical & art education teachers and student results not by its Superintendent or Board Members or Attorney or Secretaries. This Circus of Legally corrupt political appointee Scoundrels behaving worse than hard core criminals stealing from students is found only in NJ.

We must modernize our School System for one type of Education for all students belonging to every ethnic group and color. The first order of business should be to prioritize what is important & eliminate what is no longer affordable or needed. There is no need for the 681 office of School Superintendents, Attorneys, Secretaries & over 5,000 Board Members. They must be eliminated to get rid of institutionalized corruption and racism from our education system. There must be accountability for every Principal & Teacher of each school for the performance of their students so that we do not have Functional Illiterates in our Universities

New Jersey Anti-Bullying Law is Anti-Minority & Un-Constitutional. It can damage 8-14 yrs old emotionally, mentally & physically; especially from minority communities.

A PETITION WAS FILED BY ATTORNEY HINDS TO NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR, ASSEMBLY & SENATE ON FEB. 18, 2012 FOR PUBLIC DISCUSSION ON THIS LAW. ALL OF THEM ARE TAKING NO ACTION.

The ill-educated absentee Governor Chris Christie along with ill-educated Lawmakers in Senate and Assembly passed an Anti-Minority and Anti-JuvenileAnti-Bullying Law One Size Fits All in Jan. 2011 without reading it without caring for the emotional, mental and physical well being as well as self esteem of 8 to 14 years old. This law is applicable to 8yrs old to 28yrs old students of New Jersey. No public comments were ever asked for such a sensitive Law concerning 8-14 yrs old especially minority students from their parents, teachers, psychiatrist and social workers. It was implemented in Schools in Sep. 2011 and at majority of the Schools no prior training was ever given to the students about the Law and consequences of its violation. Some School administrators have yet to implement this Law because along with some other organizations they have strong reservations about this “One Size Fits All Anti-Bullying Law” designed by Law makers of New Jersey famous for not reading any Bill even if it will be adopted as Law concerning juveniles. 

On Dec. 15, 2011 it was brought to the notice of all the Lawmakers and Governor that there are serious flaws in the Law as far as 8-14 yr old are concerned. Despite numerous written requests and a representation by Attorney Lennox Hinds on behalf of a parent Mr. Mohan Gandhi on Feb. 18, 2012 to Governor, Senate and Assembly, the lawmakers have no time to reply to this important issue concerning the well being of NJ children. 

They are ignoring the fact that even the United States Supreme Court says that"children cannot be viewed simply as miniature adults" because a child's age is more than a chronological fact." Rather, it is a fact that "generates commonsense conclusions about behavior and perception.' "Children generally are less mature and responsible than adults." "They often lack the experience, perspective and judgment to recognize and avoid choices that could be detrimental to them."  

This law is denying due process rights of self or legal representation, to present material evidence or cross examine witnesses in violation of US constitution. Under this law 8-14 yr old can be interrogated in the absence of their parent or guardian and a biased Educator can even force them to admit in writing that they have done bullying that they may not have done. This forced admission is then used against that child even with no prior history of any wrong doing and with excellent academic record that he/she has done bulling for punishment as well as put on their School record permanently. They are not provided with the charging instrument and have no right to cross examine their accuser or witnesses or the educators who made the report. Now the child is branded as a bully on his School Record and among his/her piers. To Fight this gross injustice one needs $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 and more than one year to get the record straight. The ill-educated unionized Law makers of New Jersey; majority are attorneys have deliberately crafted this Bill to fill up the pockets of Attorneys and in some cases their own pockets if they are practicing attorneys in School Related Matters.

The New Jersey Anti-Bullying Policy Is Subject to Constitutional Challenges On the Grounds of Overbroad & Vague Statutory Language

Federal constitutional law provides that a regulation is unconstitutionally vague, and thus a violation of due process, if it does not give fair notice of the regulation's reach and requires students to guess as to the contours of its proscriptions. Although a school has a certain degree of flexibility in its disciplinary procedures, its regulations may still be found to be unconstitutionally vague or overbroad. The most common reason for a court to sustain a vague or overbroad challenge of a school policy is when specific terms within the policy are not defined. Specificity of terms is especially important when the policy’s regulations are content-based regulation of speech.

A plain review of the New Jersey ’s anti-bullying law and anti-bullying policy shows that they are susceptible to overbroad and vagueness constitutional challenges. For example, the Policy’s prohibition against harassment, intimidation, and bullying applying to “any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication” “that has the effect of insulting or demeaning any pupil or group of pupils” can easily be construed as unconstitutionally vague and overbroad because it seeks to regulate public school students and officials speech and behavior without compass or guidance as to the parameters of the policy.

When my own Representatives Tom Kean, Bramnick & Munoz has failed to respond then I have no complaint against you. Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver received written communication from me in Dec 2011 and Jan. 2012 from my Attorney Hinds should have shared that information with her Assembly colleagues including you. It is almost a year she has not replied to me or my attorney. The worst is Big Fat Fraud Governor Christie he received every thing by mail, by hand on Dec.21, 2011 at Spotswood and again by mail in Jan 2012 from my attorney Lennox Hinds; has yet to respond.

"Harassment, intimidation or bullying" means any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication, whether it be a single incident or a series of incidents, that is reasonably perceived as being motivated either by any actual or perceived characteristic, such as race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or a mental, physical or sensory disability, or by any other distinguishing characteristic, that takes place on school property, at any school-sponsored function, on a school bus, or off school grounds as provided for in section 16 of P.L.2010, c.122 (C.18A:37-15.3), that substantially disrupts or interferes with the orderly operation of the school or the rights of other students and that:

(A) a reasonable person should know, under the circumstances, will have the effect of physically or emotionally harming a student or damaging the student's property, or placing a student in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm to his person or damage to his property;

(B) has the effect of insulting or demeaning any student or group of students; or

(C) creates a hostile educational environment for the student by interfering with a student's education or by severely or pervasively causing physical or emotional harm to the student.

As you are aware, Assembly Bill 3466 was passed by both the houses of the New Jersey Legislatures, and signed into law by Governor Chris Christie on January 5, 2011 . This law, which I supported, implements a number of recommendations made by the New Jersey Commission on Bullying in Schools, which was created to examine New Jersey ’s approach to the issue of bullying. Please rest assured that I believe that any accusations of discrimination must be taken seriously, and it is possible that changes may need to be made to this law in the future, but I also believe that we must allow for time to fully implement this law before making decisions that could impact the wellbeing of our state’s children.

This writer wrote to NJ Governor Christie, Senate, Assembly, Attorney General and the so called Main Stream Media for an action; when the construction of Family Dollar in Irvington was still in early stages. But no one took any action.  The Family Dollar store has been built on the PARKING LOT of Ishwar Corporation with Exit of big Delivery Trucks on a residential road facilitated by Irvington administration by forcing the Investors Bank to sell their back yard with 2/3 of its Parking Lot to Ishwar Corporation. On top of that Ishwar Corporation got Tax Abatement from the administration of Mayor Wayne Smith!

Under Corzine administration this writer raised objection to the construction of Dream Condos by destroying all the wild life, greenery and by Chopping off the Crown of the Hill and  flushing all the Building & Zonal Laws of Springfield Twp by a Ziggi Wilf of Wilf & Silverman and owner of Minnesota Viking Team. The sad part is Lisa Jackson who was head of NJ DEP at that time, was later appointed by President Obama’s as his EPA administrator. It looks like Mayor Smith will soon be inducted in Federal Government, because Washington needs politicians who can deliver results for the Party even if the going is tough!

This award to Paritosh Kumar raises questions on the credibility of NJBIA that they give awards without doing any field work. The so called Shangvi Plaza still has the previously built ugly structure. The so called aesthetically built new Family Dollar Store is an eye sore jetting on the road with no respect to environment, greenery and respect to human life with Entry to the store, dangerously close to the curve of the busy Stuyvesant Ave. Entry for the Parking is like a Rat Hole not visible at all and Exit for 18 wheelers is on the purely Residential Road Coolidge Street!

NJ Gov Christie sleeping over Corruption in Irvington Twp. despite 5 News Articles

A massive ugly looking structure jetting out on the road; Family Dollar Store has been built ON THE PARKING LOT of Ishwar Corporation (IC) in violation of Town as well as County Laws for Commercial Buildings at 1051 Stuyvesant Ave. Irvington. This structure is not at all environment friendly or consumer friendly. It has no trees or shrubs or any kind of greenery around the structure. The entry is from the curve of busy Stuyvesant Ave. that can be life threatening to a care less customer or a running child.

Family Dollar is on the Essex County Road, Stuyvesant Ave. What has been built; THE ESSEX COUNTY would have never approved this project so Irvington’s administration avoided the County and approved all kinds of illegal variances; excess construction and exit of heavy commercial traffic on Coolidge Street a purely residential lane in Irvington. Town Hall has full knowledge of it that County has rejected re-development of this property number of times in the past and even Southward Councilman John Sowell opposed this project. Still Irvington Twp. approved the Project by influencing the Bank to sell part of their parking lot to Ishwar Corporation. The Big delivery Trucks and all the Customers vehicles of Liquor Store, Chicken Store, Cell Phone Store and Mega Family Dollar Store exit on Coolidge Street a Residential Road. Majority of the times big Delivery Trucks block the Stuyvesant Ave. to deliver goods because the Entry to the Parking Lot is like a Rat Hole; un-visible as well as inconvenient. The customers also prefer to park on Stuyvesant Ave. because there is no Back Entry from the parking lot to Family Dollar, Liquor Store, Chicken store as well as Cell Phone Store. 

An insider from the Investors Bank who does not want to be named is saying the Irvington Twp’s administration forced the BANK to sell more than 50% of their Parking Lot to Ishwar Corporation owned by Dilip Sanghvi and his son Prem Sanghavi. The administration told the Bank they can not have their Drive Through approved unless they sell part of their Parking Lot to the IC. Normally when a business approach a Town Planning Board for a “Drive Through” the critical question is how many parking will be affected and if the parking are reduced too much the Town does not give permission for the same. Here Twp of Irvington knowingly reduced the number of parking from more than 50 to 18 for a Bank with a staff of almost a Dozen Employees and a permanent Police Officer on duty.  

Now some of the Bank Employees and customers besides the customers of Liquor store, chicken store, cell phone store & Family Dollar store are parking onStuyvesant Ave. This is hurting the small business owners because these Employees and customers are taking the spaces left for the Customers of these small mom and pop businesses. On one side of the Road Police writes Traffic Tickets during peak business hours 4-6:00 PM being No Parking hours as per town ordinance.  

Irvington Administration has bulldozed the will of the Residents of the Coolidge Street who had opposed Family Dollar project and made their lives unsafe by bringing heavy Commercial Traffic to their homes.  On top of that 14 parking have been restricted on Coolidge Street between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to provide Exit to 18 wheelers from Family Dollar store via Coolidge Street to Stuyvesant Ave. Five (5) parking on Coolidge Street facing the Exit of Ishwar Corporation has been eliminated to facilitate exit of big delivery trucks. 

CORRUPTION ALL THE WAY: When Irvington has a written Policy for Building Laws and Zonal Plan why the Planning Board, Zoning Board and the Administration has deviated from those policies? Why can’t people build according to those by laws? When a Builder approaches for exemptions and variances in 99% of the cases it involves influence paddling and bribery. The people affected are the common residents. Above all this project (Family Dollar) should have gone to Essex County for all approvals; where the Plans of Ishwar Corporation to build has been rejected multiple times in last 1 decade. On top of that Ishwar Corporation has received Property Tax abatement that is unfair to other businesses that are paying full taxes.  If the Twp of Irvington was looking for development why they never proposed Dollar Store on the vacant lot facing 1051 Stuyvesant Ave. with a free standing building with its own Parking Lot? 

REMEDY TO THE PROBLEM: Investors Bank and Family Dollars as well as other Tenants of Ishwar Corporation at 1051 should have the common entrance from the Stuyvesant Ave. that is current Entry to the Bank. The Bank can use its existing Exit for its customer Exit only and all the Tenants of Ishwar Corporation must use the present Rat Hole Entry as Exit on Stuyvesant Ave. The Dollar Store should not be allowed to have customer entry from Stuyvesant Ave. to protect the lives of customers. It should be from the Parking Lot only and present front can be used as Emergency Exit. All of this will save the Residents of Coolidge Street from heavy commercial Traffic and release 14 parking on Coolidge Street right now blocked by Town Ordinance of No Parking between 10:00 AM to 3.00 PM. The Town can also lift the 4-6 PM No Parking ordinance for one side of the Stuyvesant Ave. That will give some relief to Mom and Pop stores raising hopes of their survival in these tough economic times.

Christie is the anti-minority face of Republican Party. That's why Romney picked King of Corruption & Racism Gov. Chris Christie of NJ as Keynote Speaker for Republican National Convention but refused to take him as his running mate(VP) because of his dirty bagage.

Under Christie's watch New Jersey's Credit Rating got lowered, increase in unemployment and Property Taxes. 

Gov. Christie is the King of world’s most corrupt and racist state New Jersey. 8,000 sq. mls. NJ has over 9,000 Elected Scoundrels & 500,000 Employees with little or no work for 8.5 Mil residents. They represents 587 Local governments and 1 state government for 566 Racially segregated towns with uneven population and uneven area. Their combine budget is $85 Billion & deficit of $175 Billion including un-funded liabilities like state pension, healthcare & transport fund. NJ is legally corrupt & legally racially segregated despite having 80,000 Licensed Attorneys; again highest in the world 10 attorneys/sq. ml. NJ has highest Property Taxes $7,500 average & highest cost $19,000 in rich & $28,000 in poor districts to educate a student in the world and also takes pride in its 250,000 students who cannot read & write. NJ has 40% minority population but have only 2 minority representatives in US Congress for over 4 decades.

  

Selective Enforcement of Law by Christie as US Attorney  

As US Attorney Christie was doing selective enforcement of law. To create media frenzy he did some high profile prosecutions but let go the vast majority corrupt unionized rulers of NJ. There are plenty of examples and the prominent one is that he practically let go Clinton ’s friend & his family involved in massive Real Estate Mortgage frauds. 

  

Now as Governor he is doing frauds in the name of pension reforms, shared services and anti-bullying laws etc. He is also famous for his day time on week days stage managed town Hall meetings with mostly white senior citizens; when majority is at work.

  

CHRISTIE HATES MINORITIES 

The absentee Governor Christie’s administration has drawn down $22 million of $300 million allocated to help home owners in distress under the Federal programme since 2010 according to Huffington Post. On top of that Christie administration has spent less than $1 million to provide assistance to 171 borrowers under Home Affordable Modification Program. Only Christie can explain where he spent the rest of $21 mil and why he has not tried to use the maximum of $300 mil allotted to the state to help home owners in distress? Maybe he has been very busy in day time circus called stage managed Town Hall Meetings, raising funds for Presidential hopeful Romney and auditioning for Vice Presidential job. His auditioning took him to Israel for one week to get the nod of Israeli handlers of Romney. Moreover Christie does not feel obligated that he has to help the home owners in distress because majority of them belong to minority communities.

Frauds in the name of Pension Reforms as Governor

The economy ignorant individuals and paid media has declared Gov. Christie a rising star in the national Republican Party for his biggest victory; the overhaul of New Jersey’s pension system. Like his stage managed Town Hall meetings it is another fraud on the NJ residents. It has failed to address the basic problem of double-dipping, in which employees "retire," start collecting a pension, and then are rehired, often the next day according to Mark Lagerkvist of NJ Watchdog.

Mark Lagerkvist further says Christie's own deputy chief of staff collects $219,000 a year from the state - a $130,000 salary as a top aide to the governor plus $89,000 in state pension. A criminal investigation is under way involving his Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno. As a county sheriff in 2008, Guadagno made false statements to enable her chief officer to pocket nearly $85,000 a year in retirement pay from County while drawing an $87,500 annual salary. Twenty-three supervisors and investigators for the Attorney General’s Office and Dept. of Criminal Justice are using legal loopholes to draw salaries and pension pay. On average, each pockets $164,000 a year - $96,000 in salary and $68,000 in pension. Most "retired" for just one night. Those officers left their positions with the Attorney General’s Office only to return to the same employer the next morning with new job titles with higher pay for two paychecks instead of one. 125 officers employed by prosecutors, 18 officials from a state Homeland Security Unit and 44 county sheriffs and under-sheriffs are in the same category of double dippers.

Democratic State Sen. Fred Madden is a "triple-dipper" who collects more than $241,000 a year from public coffers — $49,000 as a legislator, $106,983 as a police academy dean and an $85,272 pension as a State Police retiree. Madden is not alone there are dozens of Senators, Assembly, Council representatives, Freeholders Judges and municipal/county employees who are double-triple dippers. In 38 states of America double dipping is banned and in Indiana holding 2 offices is a Class D felony, on par with drug possession and punishable by up to 3 years in prison.

The New Jersey State Comptroller appointed in 2007 by Wall Street Thug Gov. Corzine, with a duty to expose waste in government, has yet to investigate the widespread occurrence of double-dipping by public officials. If he does, Comptroller Matthew Boxer could start with his own investigations division. Christie appointee Investigator Rick Nuel receives $175,254 a year from the state - a $92,000 paycheck plus an $83,254 pension. In June 2011, Nuel retired at age 46 as a State Police captain. NJ is the best pay masters to police personals. A patrolman makes on average $150,000.00/year including benefits and can retire for a hefty pension after 25 years still in his prime to be employed again by the state/county at a higher salary and more power.  

Christie doing Frauds in the name of Shared Services

Christie does not want to acknowledge that problem of NJ is too many monster size 587 local governments for only 8.5 mil residents in 8000 sq. ml. By selling fraudulent concept of shared services he can not reduce the cost of governance significantly unless the number of local governments are reduced. He is ignoring the facts that 411 Towns have a population of less than 10,000 or are in less than 2 sq. mile. 212 Towns have less population than the day time population 5,845 of colored Elizabeth High School. 34 Towns has less than 4,000 residents, 49 Towns less than 3,000 residents, 48 Towns less than 2,000 residents and 27 Towns less than 1,000 residents. The smallest town is Walpack with 35 residents followed by Teterborough with 50. The biggest town is Newark with 285,000 residents.  

Neighbor State Pennsylvania has a population 43% higher than New Jersey and its geographic area are 4 times greater than NJ. So why is NJ budget 25% more? New York City for 8.2 Million Residents has 1 Mayor, 51 Council Members, 1 Police Commissioner and 1 School Board Superintendent with 34 school districts. Why for 8.5 Million Residents of NJ has 566 Mayors, over 3,000 Council Members, 137 Free Holders, 80 Assembly Members, 40 State Senators, 580 Police Chiefs, 537 Municipal Courts, 681 School Superintendent offices, 5,000 Board members and 1 State Attorney General & 587 Assistant Attorney Generals besides a big battalion of other State, County & Municipal employees with little or no work appointed for political reasons?  

Christie supports Racism by Local/State Police to raise revenue

Christie and his administration openly support Traffic Summons to minorities on trumped up charges to raise revenue for Municipalities. Under his administrations watchful eye Municipal Court and local police are being used as revenue generating machines. Even the County Superior Courts are providing protection to local Courts. If some one wants to fight this injustice Republican Assemblyman Jon Bramnik’s Law Firm wants more than $7000.00. It is better for the victim of Racial discrimination and Racial profiling to pay $135.00 fine for the Traffic Ticket. Recently Christie rewarded Republican Mayor Malool for successfully implementing Traffic Ticket Quota for minorities in Scotch Plains with a permanent state job. In May, Malool was appointed Director of the Shared Services within the division of Local Government Services in the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Malool by profession is an attorney.

Christie crafted “one size fits all” Anti-Minority Anti-Bullying Law

This ill-educated Christie along with ill-educated Lawmakers in Senate and Assembly passed a “one size fits all” Anti-Minority & Anti-juvenile Anti-Bullying Law for 8yrs old to 28yrs old student in Jan. 2011 without reading it without caring for the emotional, mental and physical well being as well as self esteem of 8 to 14 years old. They ignored the fact that even the United States Supreme Court says that "children cannot be viewed simply as miniature adults" because a child's age is more than a chronological fact." Rather, it is a fact that "generates commonsense conclusions about behavior and perception.' "Children generally are less mature and responsible than adults." "They often lack the experience, perspective and judgment to recognize and avoid choices that could be detrimental to them." Christie and has comrades has given a new tool to the educators to discriminate minority students and in rare cases against a majority student they don’t like. 

Under this law 8-14 yr old can be interrogated in the absence of their parent or guardian and a racially biased Educator can even force them to admit in writing that they have done bullying that they may not have done. This forced admission is then used against that child even with no prior history of any wrong doing and with excellent academic record that he/she has done bulling for punishment as well as put on their School record permanently. They are not provided with the charging instrument and have no right to cross examine their accuser or witnesses or the educators who made the report. Now the child is branded as a bully on his School Record and among his/her piers. To Fight this gross injustice one needs $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 and more than one year to get the record straight if they are lucky.

Christie the Absentee Governor of New Jersey

Christie has spent 60 days out of 8 months (Nov. 2011-June 2012) in other states of America auditioning for the Vice President’ Job. This does not include a week long trip to a rouge State Israel and personal trips to New York City or Philadelphia for dinner with his wife Mary Pat or to the Super Bowl with his younger son, Patrick. This also does not include the day time crude political stunts during working hours this Joker is performing in the name of Town Hall meetings with captive audience.

The state taxpayers paid all the Security Bills for this functionally illiterate Vice Presidential aspirant Christie. While in Israel his security by private firms cost over $40,000 but his administration citing imaginary security concerns refused to make public; detailed expenses when troopers trail this Absentee Governor of NJ Christie around the country, Town Hall meetings, Sports shows and private dinners with his family.

There was a 2010 Department of Justice inspector general’s investigation of Christie’s spending patterns in his job prior to the governorship, which criticized him for being “the U.S. attorney who most often exceeded the government [travel expense] rate without adequate justification” and for offering “insufficient, inaccurate, or no justification” for stays at swank hotels like the Four Seasons. There was the fact that Christie worked as a lobbyist on behalf of the Securities Industry Association at a time when Bernie Madoff was a senior SIA official—and sought an exemption from New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act. There was Christie’s decision to steer hefty government contracts to donors and political allies like former Attorney General John Ashcroft, which sparked a congressional hearing. There was a defamation lawsuit brought against Christie arising out of his successful 1994 run to oust an incumbent in a local Garden State race. Then there was Todd Christie, the Governor’s brother, who in 2008 agreed to a settlement of civil charges by the Securities and Exchange Commission in which he acknowledged making “hundreds of trades in which customers had been systematically overcharged.” (Todd also oversaw a family foundation whose activities and purpose raised eyebrows among the vetters.) And all that was on top of a litany of glaring matters that sparked concern on Myers’ team: Christie’s other lobbying clients, his investments overseas, the YouTube clips that helped make him a star but might call into doubt his presidential temperament, and the status of his health.

Ted Newton, managing Project Goldfish under Myers, had come into the vet liking Christie for his brashness and straight talk. Now, surveying the sum and substance of what the team was finding, Newton told his colleagues, If Christie had been in the nomination fight against us, we would have destroyed him—he wouldn’t be able to run for governor again. When you look below the surface, Newton said, it’s not pretty.
